Innovation is the story with the T-650 tabber. It is quite simply the most technologically advanced tabletop tabbing system we’ve ever offered. In fact, the T-650 can do something that no other tabletop tabbing system on the market can do – apply tabs to the top and side of a mailpiece simultaneously. Even more impressive, it can apply tabs on opposite sides of the same piece (side-to-side tabbing) in a single pass! The ingenious design of the T-650 is really two tabbers in one. The one fixed tab head applies side tabs along an open edge while the repositionable tab head is able to switch from side tabbing to front (or leading edge) tabbing. This versatile design also allows the T-650 to apply stamps, small labels and flat tabs for gate-folded pieces. This really is one machine that can do it all. The T-650 applies clear, translucent or paper tabs with ease in a variety of tab sizes, including the new 1.5” tabs for letter-size booklets. Now, side-to-side booklet tabbing is no longer a difficult task requiring multiple passes or machines. Folded Self Mailers
The T-650 can apply up to three tabs on one edge of the piece in a single pass. For added productivity, run the T-650 inline with the AS-850 Inline Address Printer and apply tabs and print the address in a single pass.
Traditional Booklets: Booklet Tabbing
The T-650 was designed with booklet tabbing in mind. Featuring dual tabbing heads, the T-650 can apply up to three tabs per side on two parallel sides in a single pass. For increased productivity, tab and print the address in a single pass by running the T-650 inline with our XPS BumpTurn and AS-850 Inkjet Address Printer.
Oblong Booklets: Tabbing Oblong Booklets
The T-650 was designed with booklet tabbing in mind. Featuring an adjustable tabbing head with the ability to switch from side tabbing to leading edge, oblong booklet tabbing is no issue . For increased productivity, tab and print the address in a single pass by running the T-650 inline with our XPS BumpTurn and AS-850 Inkjet Address Printer.
Stamp Affixing
The T-650 will apply live or pre-canceled stamps at speeds of up to 25,000 pieces per hour. For added productivity and personalization, run the T-650 inline with the AS-850 Inline Address Printer and print the USPS IMB barcode, recipient address, return address, and cancelation marks on top of the stamp in a single pass.
